An accomplished and successful Senior I.T. Manager with over 10 years of management experience supported by 20 years within software development. A proven track record of leading departments, teams and major projects to deliver business value to a large and diverse group of senior stakeholders.  Extensive experience in all elements of Agile and Project Management, particularly using SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean and Waterfall to manage the flow of activities both internally and externally to the organisation.
